I like(d) Alan Parsons, I never heard of the others. I always thought Marillion was a more melodic and poetic version of Rush, at least along genre lines.

Fish was/is probably the best lyricist ever even though he's a big fat socialist. I have a quadruple live bootleg album (4 records)of one of Marillion's last shows with Fish, it's full of editorial comments by Fish to the crowd, "Reagan this, Thatcher that, socialized medicine blah, blah, blah" why do the most brilliant musicians/entertainers just not get it?

Cool, a fellow Marillion fan as well, of course I prefer Fish-era Marillion to Hogarth.
