"C.C. DeVille sucks. At least according to Guitar World magazine, who voted Deville's 9-minute "Guitar Solo" as the worst of all time in a a new list of the "100 Worst Riffs, Licks & Solos of All Time."
Guitar World describes DeVille's nine-minute solo "completely devoid of taste, structure or steady tempo" and recommends every budding guitarist listen to it because "surely, they can't do any worse."
Man, that's pretty harsh. I suppose they're also going to tell us that the immortal drum solo in In A Gadda Da Vida isn't up to par? Oh, the humanity!
