We happened up on something similar many years ago. We saw a small animal moving slowly along the side of the road. Because of its strange head we were unable to tell what it was. We stopped and discovered it was a cat with a glass jar stuck on its head. We guess that the cat was licking the jar and got in over its head, so to speak. We broke the jar with a rock and the cat took off 90 miles an hour.
