I was never a big believer in how much games, music and tv affected people until I went to the bar with some buddies after listening to Rage Against the Machine for 2 hours. Of 10 people 6 got kicked out for fighting. Apparently drinking and listening to someone scream "F*** you I won't do what you tell me" leads to some anger issues.
Still I would have to say it is still the person responsible. The entertainment may help it seem like a good idea but ultimately the person has to take responsibility.

In 1978-1979 I worked at a gas station across the street from a movie theater that showed kung-fu movies every Saturday.
We had a large population of Vietnamese boat people who had settled in the area, and hundreds would line up every Saturday morning to get in to the theater. They were very orderly and subdued.
When the theater opened it's doors after the movie, the same quiet restrained people would be playfully "kung-fuing" each other and karate chopping and kicking everything in sight. That happened EVERY time the movie let out, EVERY Saturday for over a year.
