That mayor is a complete and total moron.
He's "DEMANDING" that "HIS" team not move or he'll get a new team from Tagliabue.
Dream on loser...Tagliabue wouldn't even give St. Louis an expansion team, but the Rams are sold out for a long time.
Nagin's gonna have to go courtin' some owner AND have something to offer.

Nagin would be lucky if his city got another Super Bowl.

Well, at least Uncle Sap (us taxpayers) should not be forced to replace a dome which requires only cleaning and repairs.

This team, like so many others, is a business. As a business they want to be or go where they get the most out of it. The Superdome is about 40 years old (I guess) and other teams have better "digs". So ...
Like other teams they will play one "offer" or city against the other. I remember Pittsburgh a few years back when Three Rivers Stadium wasn't yet paid for or should I say the bonds were not paid off when ...
Steelers owners (different generation than the Dad) said build us a new stadium or we'll leave. Guess what, uh huh. They got a new stadium. With new bonds. Golly (ala Gomer Pyle).
