Wrong. Bell curves or no. Randomness knows nothing of bell curves.

So...why hasn't the lottery combo 1-2-3-4-5-6 been drawn yet throughout the history of lotteries?

If bell curves work on the lottery, it would appear there is not really any true randomness to it.

I wonder if one had the money and the time to do it, why not buy all 140 mill combos to win $340 mill?

This was done in the Virginia lottery years ago. Virginia's lotto at that time had odds in the area of 12 million to one. I seem to remember that the group of investors were only able to purchase 8 million tickets before time ran out. They were fortunate enough to have the winning combination anyway. I looked but couldn't find a link. Virginia changed the rules after that so that it wouldn't happen again.
