Officially, because they hadn't had a chance in 4 months to interview the child. Unofficially, I think they were just looking for an excuse.

The assessment supervisor. He is in the office next to me. He is a conservative and a very funny guy. She had the nerve to tell him he had a bad disposition. Actually, he is very good-natured. She just brings out the worst in everybody.
