Well, thanks for asking. The rain doesn't really bother me at all. I don't think I have an umbrella. I use a magic nylon parka with a hood. This morning, I had to go grocery shopping. I live with two always hungry young men. Seems like they have to eat more than once a week. LOL

I then shopped at a near by mall. Big sale at Macys. 50% off 50% off. After I got back home for a few hours, I thought I'd better see what bargains another Macy's had, so I dragged my youngest with me to North Seattle and shopped there for a while. Of course I have to bribe him with $20 to go with me. He hates it when I put a Christian radio station on in the car, but oh well.

Decided to drive back through downtown Seattle. Lots of pretty lights. The Space Needle. Boeing Field. It was raining really hard and it's hard to switch lanes with the stop and go traffic, but... back again! Around here, a person has to learn to drive in the rain or go stir crazy indoors. :)

So you don't get out much? You said that is by choice?

That's right you live in the Heartland where as I lived in the Hinderland sadly even heathens had Pagan decorations

...but now Christmas "Persona Non Gratis" in many places in NYC..

Hard to find a station with Christmas Music

one break through Macy clerks was able to have a choice to say Merry Christman or Season Greetings

I bet it was costing them in profits to put a freeze on Christmas!
