Have you had your baloney sammich today? I had an extra extra one under my pillow, but I couldn't find my regular extra one so I ate the extra extra one so then I could see the extra one that I know is on top of my regular extra one, beside the regular one....so somehow the less of them there became the less anhungered i was until I finished being not anhungered which mysteriously (i have a theory on that) coincided with my suddenly not having any more baloney sammiches in my personal field of vision, so i cannot give you an extra medicinal baloney sammich at this particular moment, much as it disappoints me.
Sometimes digging a conspicuously wrong hole in the backyard helps me to feel better when things go wrong, or I am sick, or can't find my baloney sammich...which is the same thing, basically.
Maybe it would work for you too.
