I hate to provide an actual answer so early into a thread such as this, but it's likely the church uses some type of SQL-based content management system.
It appears that the connection string to the database is incorrect, and the content/page cannot even begin to be built, as the entire html is likely in a memo-type field in SQL, but with no database, no page.
