Six games in and he's already Knute Rockne?
It's gonna hurt, but I think I'll root for SC today.

Notre Dame scores first. Then USC racks up 49 points.
And a legend is not born.

No Hype going on here? What do you expect from the silly sportswriters? I hope to see a good game, not a blow out.I guess I will root for Notre Dame because I like Charlie and USC is just so good.
Both Weiss and Pete Carrol are former Patriots coaches...

I agree. Until this guy get a couple of national championships, it is silly to give him a legend title.

Bless you....

Notre Dame is hanging in there...at least for now, ND 21, USC 14., 8 minutes left in the half....
Interception for ND in the end zone...they need to march down the field and score. If they can go up 10 to 14 points at half then they will have a real chance of pulling this off. If its tied or close...forget it.

They've done a good job eating up the clock. They're going to have to continue to do that in the second half.
To: mainepatsfan
yep...thats the only chance they have, keep that explosive USC offense off the field.

That's the standard formula for beating teams with high octane offenses.
