ecurbh... are you sure about the bit where the same theme is used there as with the ents' charge? Or am I in the wrong place?

That's the place... it's a very slow half-time version as Theoden does the spear-rattling, then normal tempo during his "Forth Eorlingas!" Once they actually start the charge, the Rohan theme takes over again.
