We have a project that requires real time data transfer of video and audio between three of our offices ([a], [b], and [c]) and have software for this purpose. We have been trying in vain to get this working today between [a] and [b]. The software has worked previously between [b] and [c], and works well internally within [a]. We are in need of immediate support as we have scientists and engineers in the three offices all trying to coordinate this for two clients. We need this to be operating smoothly by Monday for the clients. We have a test between all three offices on Sunday. We need to have the problem we are experiencing in [b] fixed immediately.

Since this project must have been planned for some time, who in IT did you involve to assist? I'll find out from them what the status of the project is, and hopefully resolve any last minute issues in time.
