True... although with the ammount of noise pollution currently occuring I think the noise abbetment issues would be a mute (pun intended) point.

I assert my right to release methane. If you deny my methane rights I demand you deny the cows their methane rights.AWB

Wow. You found 21,000 saying "Trust Bush Miers." Too bad that's not what my thesis was. But thanks for playing. (You can pick up your turtle wax on the way out.)

would a happy medium be developing a methane containment system... that removes the methane dangers.. and provides a renewal energy resource.

Well, since dangus seemed to think his thoughts were unique, I just assumed the articles had to be about his thoughts. But he's right. There are no other articles explaining why dangus doesn't trust Bush. It boogles the mind, but it is true nonetheless.

Noise, igniting them, causing other to pass out due to them all affects others and the Founding Fathers never thought of this issue in the forming of the Constitution.
There is not to my knowledge any Sanitation clause in the Constitution!

There is a need for the Sanitation Amendment, we can NOT allow a Judge to reinterpret the Constitution to write new law from the bench.
