As far as the "we-can't-get-anyone-else-confirmed" defeatism discussed in a very good thread by pukin dog recently, I reject it out of hand. Nominate the right man/woman, and then "GO TO THE MAT". Correct, if we wanted someone to rollover, we would have elected Madonna.
