With the Red Sox out, and if the Yankees bomb out as well, I bet the ratings for a White Sox vs Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim won't break any records.

If it does come down to these two teams advancing to the next round, I'm picking the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim to defeat the Chicago White Sox of Chicago.

You can join Jayson Stark of ESPN.com who picked the Twins to win the World Series and the White Sox to finish fourth in the AL Central, congratulations!

Not me man. Boston has always been a tough team to beat. As a life long Yankees fan, I have been able to read the writing on the wall for a long time. Any team that can sweep Boston is gonna go all the way.
The Yanks gotta reprieve today with the rain-out, but, I can't see them taking the next 2. I hope I'm wrong. I pray that I am wrong, but, unless the Yanks go on a streak, such like the Red Sox had last year, it's Chicago all the way.
They're due. Longer drought than the Red Sox. Statistics support everything evening out, given enough time.
That being said, and having lived in Boston for 40 years, I wonder where the Blame-Game will fall and on on whom. The Curse of the Bambino is finally laid to rest and now, the Sox have only to face the fact that they were beat by a better team. If they accept that, they will grow as a team - and as a Red Sox Nation...
