RJ isn't fooling any hitter tonight.
nope....
The lefties are hitting him, which is relatively rare.....
would rather play the yanks, sox do not do well on west coast
That was rumored initially but the signs have pointed more at Foulke as of late. Schilling was offering a lot of no comments in an interview last week when asked about Foulke and him not being with the team.
Either way he didn't make friends with many people this year, teammates and front office included.
I remember Joe Buck's comments about Paul Quantrill earlier when the Sox were killing the Yanks 17-1.
"and Paul Quantrill isn't fooling anyone"
that was cold...
Well he is consistently denying anything to do with that.
He denied it to Jim Rome, he has denied it to Dan Patrick, both on nationally syndicated shows which reach millions of listeners each....
1997 ALDS: 5.54 ERA
1999 NLDS: 7.56 ERA
2002 NLDS: 7.50 ERA
2005 ALDS: 15.00 ERA (and counting)
RJ sucking. That's a beautiful thing. I'd boo right along with those spoiled Yanks fans if I were in The Toilet tonight, too.
heh LOL
yeah but he was nails in that one WS....
But he is 42 years old and he ISN'T Cy Young or Nolan Ryan....
Are you around? This thread is hilarious.
A Yanks fan jinxed his team. Come join the fun.

Let's hope it is the Halos. I want the Hillary Curse to continue. Maybe New York baseball fans will learn a lesson and ditch her in 2006.
That was a slick play by Cano....
I'm sure he is. It's all just rumor at the point anyway.
What is obvious is that the Sox are going to be a very different team next year. Theo doesn't have enough young studs in the minors to step in and play but rebuilding years in a city where the ASP for tickets is the highest in the game isn't going to fly.
Theo also doesn't have a contract either....
I've seen enough of Aaron Small this year. Seriously.
This is just getting ridiculous now.
Theo is going to be out.
That was obvious in August.
You will end up getting someone else in there who will find a way to sign Konerko...count on it.
LOL! New Hampshire's reputation as a 'conservative' state will be considered an 'old wives' tale' within a few years. I live in NH (although not for long)...west of 93 is considered 'East Vermont' by many of us.
A disgrace to be sure but no reason to advocate more of the same, no?
I actually don't like the system. Boston, NY, LA fans have to subsidize Pittsburgh, Milwaukee and Tampa's fans.
I don't see that happening. He built a world champion last year and even though there were some trades to be made, he didn't trade his prime prospects for one more shot at glory.
Cashman could be enticed but I don't see him as anything of an upgrade.
