It's a toss-up among the contributors between the NFC East, the AFC West, and the NFC South.

New York Football Giants Ping List
Ping Ultra Sonic 007 to get on or off this ping list.
Eli's outstanding performance rounds out a division of good quarterbacks (McNabb, Bledsoe, Brunell).

It's not the AFC North. We only have two tough teams.

Pretty early to tell. NFC East is tight...but they're not exactly Black and Blue.

Get me on that Giants ping list.
I know which division is hardest, .... to watch, NFC North is some of the worst football, outside of Favre's late drive last Sunday, I've seen concentrated in one division in a long time.
To: dfwgator
I second the NFC North, they are obviously leet footballers! /sacrasm

You beat me to it. Steelers/Bengals and 2 other scrubs.
Whatever happened to that "offensive genius" Billick down in Baltimore. Hell of a move to get rid of his Super Bowl winning QB (Trent Dilfer) a few years back, huh?

You mean it's not the NFC North?I not sure the NFC North could even rank as the toughest conference in the NCAA Division II this year.

I not sure the NFC North could even rank as the toughest conference in the NCAA Division II this year. How embarrassing, but how true!!!!
I here that Bethune Cookman has challenged the NFC North leading Bears.

No arguments here... I and my brother are loyal Packers fans...
you want to talk about a stomach turning season... and with the injury list growing by the hour.. it does not appear to be getting any better.

I actually determined that the NFC North champ could conceivably win the division with a 4-12 record. If every team goes 3-3 in the division and loses all their other games (Minnesota actually does have one win outside of the division, that's why 4-12 is the absolute worst possible division winning record). Let's see how close the winner actually gets to that record.

You mean it's not the NFC North? LOL. I knew some FReeper would post the obligatory anti-NFC North wisecrack.
The NFC "Norris" (As Chris Berman used to say) couldn't compete in a high school league. Hopefully the Packers will win all their games and end up 12-4 (Yeah right)

Hopefully the Packers will win all their games and end up 12-4 Uh sir the bathroom is just down the hall on the right. Please pee in the cup and well get the results back to you shortly.AWB

LOL
I will echo my brothers sentiment...
I think that is being optimistic plus I cannot stand to see the Puddlehead Vikqueens winning the division!
