Been waiting for the 80gig iPods for a long time now. I maxed out my 40gig a long time ago and the 60gig just won't cut it. My iTunes library is already up to 67gig.

Geez, what all music do you have? That's a pretty huge investment if you paid for all of it.

I was wondering why you'd have such a huge music library, but classical music explains that since it's such long-form. I doubt that the iPod is ever going to be seriously reworked for classical since pop is so much more popular, but then again, I don't think any of the other available music players would be any better.

Do you have problems with battery life because of the longer tunes not taking much advantage of the cache?

I have the free 9th and 5th Symphonies from the BBC but hate them because they start with talk that seems to go forever. Any ideas on the best way to get rid of it so I can just enjoy the music?
