Congratulations.
Now get me four Jack Daniels, two bags of Sun Chips, here's a double sawbuck, keep the change, hold the phony meal and nasty coffee (if any), and wake me fifteen minutes before we land so that I can make a head call.
(Didn't I see you working for Allegheny Airlines a few years back?)
Thankyewverymuch.

my first flight will be IAD-BDL-IAD (that's Dulles - Hartford - Dulles for those who may not know city codes). Bradley is in Windsor locks, CT. It is closer to Springfield, MA than to Hartford. I grew up in the flight path when the wind was from the south.

Wtg! Will you be flying into Charleston, SC?

Best wishes!
Now please wear a red carnation in your lapel so we know you're a freeper if we board your plane.
Make that a red, white, and blue carnation.

Hey there Dixie, we do service CHS, but I'm not sure when I'll personally be flying that route. The funny thing about being on reserve is that we never really know where we're going until we get to the airport. The advantage is that we could be put on a flight that can be extremely hard to get once we're line-holders (seniority and all that).
At Doctor Raoul: we're based in Dulles, VA.

stewardesses use this term when they have to fart, they walk down the isle and cropdust the passengers.

If you were referring to me, I am an American citizen (my Dad's American); however, I grew up in the Bahamas.
