I don't know.
If so, WHY?
Because I've never spoken to the Head of the Joint Cheifs of Staff to find out what he knows.
I do believe that I know more about disaster relief than the head of FEMA, though. Does that count?
Bwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
You imagine that you know more about relief disaster than the head of FEMA? WHICH ONE, THE ONE WHO RESIGNED ( whose name you don't even know and who managed to do just fine, last year, when 4, FOUR hurricanes barreled into Florida, one right after the other, in a very short space of time ), OR THE NOW ACTING HEAD?
Quite frankly, I bet that there is little, that you know know ever an average amount about and that you are incapable of doing much of anything even adequately; let alone leading others.
