Don't they have those in the bars in San Fran? Sorry, I don't frequent bars OR San Fransisco, either.
I'm just a hick from the sticks. :)

Willem Dafoe as John Clark (aka John Kelly) in Clear and Present Danger. Ruined the whole movie for me...It didn't ruin the movie for me, but I always envisioned Tom Berenger(reliving his role from "Platoon") as Clark

I have been screaming about this horrible injustice for years!! Thank you. I always loved Val and thought he was the best thing about "Top Gun" (not yet mentioned here in the Cruise fest) but certainly, he was totally robbed for "Tombstone".

I remember hearing John Denver himself lament that he turned down the role. Of course, if he hadn't, the movie would have ended up nowhere.

What was he thinking when he took that role. What was he thinking when he offered himself that role. He was, after all, Producer, Director and Lead Actor. Was he triple-dipping or just trying to save money?

Viggio whatever his name is that played Aragorn. A weasly wimp with no kingly demeanor, voice, or presence and I can't see any elfwoman giving up immortality for a greasy brooding selfabsorbed man whose eyes are too close together.

Yonda' lies my fadders castle. Was that the movie?I think the quote "Yonda lies da castle of my fodder" is from his earlier film The Black Shield of Falworth (1954).

Dafoe had the right intensity for John Clark, but not the looks. The actor who played Clark in Sum of All Fears (Liev Schreiber) looked more like the John Clark from the books.
