It feels like you're going to break in half, even with a snowsuit and parka. When it is that cold there is usually no wind, which is good. Plus it only lasts a couple of days. Normal the winter lows are -45 to -50F. Anything above -60 feels the same according to the chill reading card I have.

No exposed skin during those days. I made the mistake of removing my glove and my hand almost froze to the tower doorknob. You only have to leave some skin on a doorknob once to learn to never ever do it again.
