Not suing TAR but isn't she in a lawsuit with the race track. I'm just wondering if CBS is tied to it somehow. I know, it's dumb but i just want to spread some gossip. :)

Oh yeah--the Weavers are suing the Daytona Speedway. Forgot about that :)

At the beginning of the race, they were my sympathetic favorites :-/
