My most humble thanks for your most excellent work. I am printing this off for our daughter (high school senior) who has been having a very tough time with some of her teachers about this. They, of course, are adamant that Bush is to blame for everything.
Do note, however, there are apparently some issues with the effect of LA Executive Order KBB-2005-23, and the location of the barge damage, which is likely Industrial Canal, not 17th Street (near the lake).
