They do take good care of it.....nice inside..has TWO propane fireplaces....remote controlled....cool.

Might need to tweak a interior wall...nothing major. But me and a buddy could do that over a weekend...only would cost a case of beer....:-)

2:00 PM CT: New Orleans officials admit a breach in the 17th Street Levee. There is also a break in a levee near Florida Avenue along the Industrial Canal. The latter break reportedly results from a barge that broke loose slamming into the levee. The levee breaks, and the inundation of New Orleans is now progressing rapidly. [The barge, incidentally, has been found at the bottom of the breach, though there is contention whether the barge caused the break, exacerbated the break, or just happened to be there and flowed through the break.]

Let me say, I'm not a jealous or envious person, but your stories about your grandkids lighten my heart.

My one...Paul..is 8 years old and I have not been allowed to see him, due to son's divorce and things, for almost 4 years.
