Is it my misunderstanding or in order to get into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, shouldn't you have to play Rock and Roll?

A good point. Why not just nominate Joan Baez while they're at it?

It is really the pop music hall of fame, based on the variety of music represented. Just sounds better to call it R&R.
