Sean Connery is the best as far as I am concerned but two
of his worst stinkers are” Darby O'Gill and the Little People”.
He is about 20 yrs old in this painful piece and actually attempts to sing,
dreadful voice
and “ The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen “This thing is a real nothing !
In order to make this thing they must have had something on him and blackmailed him to make it !Its so bad that it is funny ,”especially the invisible man” and the very skinny submarine !

"Just when it seems about to become a real corker of an adventure movie, [the movie] plunges into incomprehensible action, idiotic dialogue, inexplicable motivations, causes without effects, effects without causes, and general lunacy."
Roger Ebert, CHICAGO SUN-TIMES

"Connery chews the scenery, beats up everybody in sight, and tries to bully his co-stars into acting."
Victoria Alexander, FILMSINREVIEW.COM
1. "What a riveting movie The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen might have been! And what a rickety mess it turned out to be when the people responsible lost faith in the origin of the material!"
Lawrence Toppman, CHARLOTTE OBSERVER

Didn't care for Groundhog Day. I like Bill Murray but I also didn't care for Lost in Translation. Thought that was boring.

Another over rated movie was Sideways. When it was over I thought "So. What's the big deal?"

"The Beach", "Before Sunrise/After Sunset" and recently, "Coach Carter".

Oh, I like war stories and action movies...the louder the better.

But those gosh awful Mafia things where everyone is a horrible human being, and the wimmen are either saints or sluts and all as dumb as hammers. Not one likeable person on the entire screen.

It's bad when you want EVERYONE dead in the first 5 minutes ;)

Before I even read the article, I planned to nominate "The Cat in the Hat". The cat was a randy, disgusting creature. Not funny at all.

Independence Day. Has to be one my least liked films. The part when Will Smith is kicking the dead alien around in the desert and yelling " you F ing this and you f-ing that" Shouting about how he could have been at a BBQ. Now thats the way a typical jet pilot usually behaves. Yeah right. I suppose I just don't care for Will Smith anyway. Lousy movie IMO

Yep,
Get Shorty was bad.

So was something called "Once Upon a Time in American"
Talk about a misogynistic piece of garbage.

Gere was in a Civil War flick with Jodie Foster called "Summersby" (I believe). I was asleep 5 minutes into it.

You didn't like Passion of the Christ? Maybe 'cause you already heard how it ended?

Was it the story or the directing...? Was it the soundtrack, lighting, casting?

I wasn't too crazy about "Prognosis Negative". However, Schindler's List was excellent. What I saw of it, anyway.

Movies I have actually left in the middle in utter disgust: Chucky, Leprechaun, Judge Dredd, Ravenous.

Some movies I wish I had left in the middle: Batman & Robin, Tornado (Just rented that one... Don't)

Movies I won't even think about spending money on: Any of the recent 70's mocku-remakes (Dukes of Hazzard, et al), Any Kevin Costner movie, obviously, anything by Michael Moore.
