Looking for help. I am developing a personal website, and am using Macromedia Dreamweaver 2004 MX and Contribute 3. I am going to have affiliated sponsers to my website to help pay for it. I also am seeking to figure out how to add these links, href to these programs, and create a web counter. Wonder if there are some quick, and easy steps a freeper can explain to me in how to link and create these. I have signed up with linkshare.com for several companies and can't seem to get them to link from these programs. Also, trying to create that counter, and can't figure this out, or so it seems. Any help, ideas for me? I also have several earlier version of Dreamweaver, and Studio 3 version, includes many books, but nearly above levels on a beginner like me for now. ;o)
Having used DW and Microsoft Frontpage, I recommend FP. Much easier to use -- a lot like Microsoft Word.
I second that. Based on your self described web development skill set, using Dreamweaver is like using a Stratovarius when all you need to make some music is a fiddle.
Stick with FrontPage or even easier, Microsoft Publisher.
FrontPage.
thanks. It was my first choice, but somehow got lead to Dreamweaver... A bit more complicated for now learning. But still learning it.
Well, I am into nearly 4 pages of already stuff, and this is another added feature I ventured off to.
