What's wrong with converting all the inbound lanes of existing interstates into outbound lanes all the way to the Houston or eventually the Trans-Texas corridor? Nobody is using the inbound lanes anyway.

I thought I heard on the news that weekend that the eastbound lanes into New Orleans on I-10 WERE being used to send traffice West.
