Its just soccer. LOL. Football season, the real stuff, not the fairy run back and forth for no reason whatsoever, has begun. Time to get the beer, pretzels, chips and dip and enjoy myself.
"The real stuff"? I agree with you for now and in the past that NFL was the king of the hill. However, the future is much different. Soccer will within a short few years be the dominate sport here in the US. You will see exactly how much our open border policy has affected our traditions.
