I hear tinfoil use is up!

No need to go that route, imo.

In a few years I'm betting that you will learn that it is easy to "direct" storms. I remember when tv and microwaves were an oddity. Who would have believed nanotechnology was possible?

I'll bet Japan is thinking about weather modification right now as that typhoon approaches!

I'm certain some manipulation is possible. And whether or not its possible now is questionable (but this bill does exist), but being open minded as I am, it might be possible in the future.

But Richard C. Hoagland wasn't just talking about controlling wheather (he believes that this storm was CREATED), he also talked about the idea that the Ham radios were being jammed (Even Art Bell called into the show and took him to task on that), AND, he believed that what's happening inside New Orleans is like, what happened in Nazi Germany. So, while the weather part might not be tinfoil material (questionable), but the other part certainly is!

Hoagland likes to proclaim that his job is to "think outside of the box". LOL! Sometimes I think he should be put IN a box!

;-)
