Seriously, I think a lot of people within this thread are commenting on the disaster response to New Orleans, haphazardly not even realizing that Bush's response was swift in the case of Ivan (guess it helps having your brother as governor of the state).

You're "seriously" stupid if you believe that.

However, it's OK for a city, primarily inhabited by poor blacks to sleep in feces, urine, mud, and filth for four days without so much as a minimal federal response with basic food and water.

What about the local and state response? What did they do? Nothing! that's what. But you can't blame them because they're black and therefore never accountable especially by another black such as yourself.
