Hate it or love it, as Truman said, "the buck stops here." Presidents often get credit for good things that happen in the country and are blamed for bad things. While I see no evidence that GWB hates blacks, the legacy of the southern strategies of Goldwater, Nixon, Reagan and even GWB ( in South Carolina) live and people who are black tend hold certain conceptions on the GOP in part based on the southern strategies.

ohhh and thats not the worst of it. On MTV's Uncencored, a show where celebrities can bash other celebrities or politicians without being censored. I quote Mr West when i say... "I know for a FACT that the bush regime and the white republicans flew over black neighborhoods spraying the AIDS virus to kill us all off. Yeah, I guess those like Kanye, Al, and the Jesse's missed the part of the story where the looters were shooting AT THE HELP as they were flying in last week to rescue people, and at the cops on the streets. The problem is that these people do not listen to the news before they speak. They form their opinions on hearsay, which as we all know from the Telephone game in preschool, is always quite far from the truth.
