Yup...He offered incentives and suggested the building of refineries at closing/closed military bases..

Wasn't there a thread or something about the President using closed military bases for refineries? Sounds like a smart move - maybe now we can overcome the leftist environmentalist wackjobs and do what's best for the country and her people's well being.

It takes YEARS to build a refinery. Even without the courts interfering.
