This is a link to a Danish idiot advertising his rocket system for spreading moonbat propaganda or genetically modified weed seed into genetically modified food crops. I know there are some amateur rocketry types here who'd like to catch him in a dark alley

Not a chance in the world that this would work. The type of people who would use a rocket to spread their pamphlets are too dumb to get a rocket to fire, and would soon realize that the rocket body would make a great bong, maaaan...
