Hey, lets not use a wide brush here just because a handful of people looted. There are criminals everywhere, even in PA. LOL But there are tens of thousands of people stranded and homeless needing a temporary place to stay. And the cruise ships could be docked in the Gulf and those people stranded could be transported to those ships.
