What is there to savage apart from some of the most stupid comments to ever grace FR. Hurricane-controlling generators from Russia that are tapping into the earth’s ‘magnetosphere’ and energized solar winds using ‘eccentric’ orbital stations, and yet Russia needed help raising a sub just recently.
