Hoagland is on! Last year's hurricanes must really be a test case since 'we' (Russians) have the technology to make and stir hurricanes! But only the 'crazies' (Hoagland admits it! Sort of) have been looking at the data that proves it.

If someone really wanted to smash the United States they would use a nuclear excavator on the west coast of La Palma, creating a soliton wave that would wipe out the entire east coast for 30 miles inland. I think the CIA have the critical area staked out though.

Some meteorolgist is claiming that Katrina was created and driven. He says that the Russians have claimed that they can do this. They also created Ivan.

Those are two Russian names, so maybe that's where they got the idea.
