Lil’ One
Such a tiny face
with eyes as big as forever
wrapped in swaddling and lace,
and a smile that can’t be surpassed, ever!
Sweet as a dream, and as precious as gold,
special is just not enough of a word,
for a treasure given to hold
let praise be heard!
