I don't know. They're talking about how many millions it will take to clean up all the unexploded ordinance there. I hope it gets turned over to the National Park Service.

there isn't any unexploded ordinance at Monroe. That was a screen to prevent contractors from building on the site. Which suits me fine. However No one was worried about building up Chancellorsville, Fredericksburg,Sharpsburg (antietam) and Ghettysburg... more unexploded ordinance there...and no one was paid to clean it up...
The Government should keep the property but turn it over to the NPS.
