Sun's out now.
Looking at some neat cat stuff in the pet catalog. I really like cat furniture.
Your dangifier doesn't give a dang?
Steenkin' rats! I'll show them....next year I'm planting lots of hot pepper.
I've always wanted one of those big floor-to-ceiling cat habitat dealies... I saw one house where they had turned it into a pretty cool cat playground with a carpeted shelf that went around the whole room way up near the ceiling, ramps and stairs to get up to it. There was even a hole cut in the wall so the kitty run ran into another room.
Considering how horribly expensive a lot of the cat furniture in catalogs can be, I've always wondered just how hard it would be and how expensive it would be to get a bunch of carpeting remainders or such-like, a buncha wood, and just build some sort of structure and cover it with carpet.
I imagine if I every tried it, it'd look pretty scary. But the cats would probably love it.
That's what I've often thought too.... you could build it cheaper.... course... I've still never ~done~ that.
So my cat sleeps on my mousepad.
Heh...and mine sleep tucked away in odd corners and closets. Or in the middle of the floor (Halvah).
Actually both of them are sprawled out on the floor near my desk like a coupla dogs right now. They always want to be near wherever I am, and I guess the furniture is outside the perimeter of how close they want to be.
Heh. I know what'd happen....I'd get all that stuff done with hole-doorways for the cat. She'd take one look at it and curl up on the human couch.
Good Morning!! OB is at a gun show and I'm shredding papers and "being careful". Grrr. I mean, the cataract surgery seems to be successful and I am looking forward to getting the other eye fixed, but they don't tell you about the restrictions till after they're done. I can't lift more than 25 pounds for 2 weeks (per eye), I can't wash my hair (ewwwww!), I can't sleep on the operatative side for (2 weeks per eye) and whine, whine, whine!!! I've called my hairdresser and have an hair-washing appointment tomorrow, but in the meantime, ewww.
Miss Cat has soemthing like this....except the mouse hangs from the bottom square. I cut off the round thing and put it on the floor so she can curl up in it.
Heh...I sometimes forget just how big he is.
Tam is now scolding me because I'm on the computer, when I *could* be playing with *him*. What's so good about an old computer anyway? How can it compare with a wonderful, princely Siamese brat...err...cat??
At least, that's how I interpret.
Ewwww!! Seems to me they coulda told you these things in advance.
Got a movie on here. As soon as the Titanic sinks, I'm going to do my morning walk.
He's a COUS. ;~D
Hehehe....my sister's cats have to try out every car parked at TheHouse for it's sleeping qualities. I return cars to the rental place covered with cat prints.
Mine just have a sisal scratching post with a small (too small to sleep on) platform on top. They'd like something like that!
What movie are you watching?
Heh...yep!
Sun's out here, and OB's back from the show. He brought me a present :-)
Oh...I'm watching Night to Remember... a 1958 British movie. The only actor I recognize in it is David McCallum.
Oooooo.....
I need to get me some classes and start shootin' again.
Little Brother has been taking Grandad's Winchester out skeet (trap?) shootin'.
