I am so grateful to be out of the path of hurricanes, and genuinely empathize with those at risk of dealing with them. Getting to a safe place well in advance of an approaching storm is my best advice. I never expected to leave Florida .. ever .. never really considered the idea .. until last season's storms. But experiencing the stress of two really bad seasons did it.
