Dumpling. Korean, I think. Meat and cabbage and whatnot inside a little dough folded up. You can buy them prepackaged at Wal Mart or supermarket and it comes with a spicy sweet n sour sauce.

Thanks Dave. Somehow, I have never had a potsticker...but they sound good.

Another guilty pleasure w/cabbage is huluski...noodles, cabbage, a little onion, alot of butter...
