"You are a moderate Republican..." Gee,
How'd you do that?
I was 'lockstep', which seems to fit in between 'foam at the mouth" and slightly above/below "bible thumping".
It got worse when I moved on (grin) to another of these 'polls'.... choices were between idiot and bigoted, war mongering, Bush voting, Christian person of undetermined sexual orientation...

Yes, that was it!

How come my results were a little different from everyone else's?
You are a pure, unabashed, love machine. You remain fiercely dedicated to making sure the fair sex has a good time, and you'd walk across a field of land mines on a date in order to prove it. In your view, there is no higher form of sensuality than proving that an American is much better in bed than the elitist snob, love pretending, Euro-weenie U.N. thug kisser, or the burka mandating, goat loving militant Muslin terrorist stooge.
But hey, if the shoe fits...

According to the way the "test" is, "lockstep Republican" is moderate.
"You are a pure, unabashed, die-hard Republican loyalist." is the highest "Republican" rating.
To: spinestein
What poll did you take? ;)
To: FairOpinion
Based on what everybody else got, I must be a closet liberal:
You are a solid Republican. You are not as fiercely ideological or uncompromising as others in the party, but nonetheless remain a reliable supporter. If you could have your way, you'd like to see Republican leaders take a slightly more pragmatic approach on certain issues - and dial down some of their nakedly partisan and bitterly divisive rhetoric.
I feel this is indicative of how I feel.

It's amazing what cartoon preferences can reveal, isn't it? :)

I guess I just find too many things funny.
But let us be honest. George Bush, as much as I love the man, is fodder for comedians. Those pics of him and the monkey's...come on... that's just too eerie.

You are a moderate Republican. You agree with Republicans more often than not, but have misgivings about some of their hard-line positions, as well as the direction they are leading the country. You remain supportive for now, but if Republicans keep lurching to the right and taking their cues from religious fanatics and belligerent neocons, you may decide to jump ship. Sort of accurate, but not totally.
I just thought a lot of the cartoons were dumb, whether attacking Republicans or Democrats.

You are a devoted Republican. You tend to walk in lockstep with the party, even if you have not agreed with every decision Republican leaders have made. The few differences you have are nothing compared to your complete and utter disdain for the Democratic Party and the elitism, cowardice, and godlessness for which it stands.
Tho' I'm not sure about the "devoted" and "lockstep" parts, I LOVED the last sentence.

What a novelty: I took the test and found there were two more pictures that were pro-lib. There was a bias leaning left, as usual.

You are a pure, unabashed, die-hard Republican loyalist. You remain fiercely dedicated to fighting the twin evils of terrorism and liberalism, and you'd walk across a field of land mines if it meant casting a deciding vote for a Republican president. In your view, there is no higher form of patriotism than defending America against the Democratic Party and every elitist, French-loving, religion-mocking, America-hating, terrorist-appeasing ideal for which it stands. That basically sums it up

And I concur with Ivan up around post #1.
