I don't really care about her movies, and I won't take pot shots at them. I'd just think it's nice to see that she has placed her children as a priority.

I agree with you. Good for Julia to want to raise her own children. I admire her for making that choice. She seems like she is thinking of what is best for her children.
I saw part of "Sleeping with the enemy" , in some situation where I was a capture viewer - I think on a plane flight, maybe in the background while cable TV was on at a friend's house. Boring and ideological. Never seen anything else in which she was featured. Apparently she was considered a superstar at some point. But not by anyone I know.
With names like those, they'll need a lot of love and attention from their mom.
It has more to do with the fact that she can't demand $20 million per movie any more, and even her ensemble movies are tanking.
She would be lucky to be offered another lead role.
