I have no idea what the hell they are talking about.Basically they are discussing using the same method that your inkjet printer uses for "painting" an organic material on a surface that lights up for making various displays such as a TV screen.
OLEDs are in production now. Often you see them in cars and stereos that have all the graphic displays etc.
