So you're admitting it's all a lie that Linux is free, then right?
Come on, even I can distinguish between "free for use" and "not free if you take our source code and use it in something else". I'm pretty sure you can too.
If I run Oracle on Linux... no worries. If I run WebSphere on Linux... no worries.
If I take Linux code and stick it in my own application, then I have to provide the source code. Of course, nobody would be that dumb, they'd create a library to put the linux code in and just have to open source the library.

Thanks for admitting it's not completely "free", since there is some sort of a catch you are attempting to hook SCO on for using it. Other users who develop their own code to be along with it should obviously beware, else they face the wrath of those who claim they want software to be free, but really just want it for their own.
