They are the
ONLY team without a winning record at home which is in contention for the WC (that is to say, good teams), so you can call it sucking. Teams play half of their games at home and GMs are supposed to pick players that play well on the home field. Road success is seen as ephemeral, and that the law of averages will catch up to them and drag that record closer to .500 as the season goes on. So, they have to count on playing well at home. The Indians don't play well at home and that's probably a leading indicator of a poor record the rest of the way.
So, I wanted to know why your team plays so poorly in Cleveland. It should be a concern to you as a fan. Those home games are games MLB sets up so that every team has a chance at a good overall record, and the Indians are pissing away that gift.
ken5050 may have some thoughts to add.

I reject the premise.
I could just as easily ask you to explain away why they're doing so well on the road.

TRibe is now .500 at home..FYI..they are also 5 games UNDER.500 in day games..may be a statistical fluke, whick will even out by seasons end..IIRC, they had a couple of long homestands whie Haffner was out...that could explain it..
