No I don't. Re-read my note. I said I don't like the breed. Nor do I like Boxers or houds.

I like German shepherds, Irish setters, Labrador retrievers, and English springer spaniels. I've had them all. I don't like Berrettas (they jam), I do like Sigs. Get it?

May as well join in.

I'm not much of a dog person, but I'm fond of most cats (except for those ones that have funny looking ears or tails). And I did (just yesterday) buy my wife a miniature schnauzer puppy, which I shall at least pretend to like, and to which nobody will be allowed to be mean.

As for guns, I like most of them, so any of the aforementioned brands (or any other for that matter) you don't like, just give them to me.

Not a chance buddy. I sorta like Sigs, Rugers and Kimbers. I don't like cats, but my wife loves 'em. Our daughter has two, and my sister has three....

This breed should be completely exterminated as a species.

I would partially agree with that...

I think owning certain breeds should require the same type of permit it takes to own a lion or a bear.

What I won't do is make the straw man argument and say we should outlaw all kinds of things to knock down your argument.

I think that particular breed as well as one or two others should require the same permit it requires to have a lion or a bear...

I cannot own a lion and keep the animal in a residential neighborhood without tons of insurance and permits. If I could, I would get one just to go around killing pit bulls for the shock and awe... A lion is the king of beasts...

There is a reason people aren't allowed to keep a lion without permits and insurance up the a-hole...

Why don't some of the genius types that run our municipal jurisdictions use their heads. Oh, I forgot, they work for the government... never mind...

My wife would have an issue with the lion concert. She was in South Africa for a few months and worked with lions. Karen came back whole, and had a teeerific time with the cats. BTW, she was on vacation time from the eeeevil Texaco oil company. R&D and all that nasty liberal stuff that business personnel have to do away from home.

Why? A full grown male lion can kill anything... a pit bull would be just a little snack...

Why was this important enough to warrant an article like this, and why did you feel this story was important enough to post on FR?
